ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.( 25%) To be the process owner of 4000 process; To make continuous improvement of this process to ensure smooth running of production.
2.( 25 %) To be the process owner of 3000 process. To make continuous improvement of this process to ensure smooth running of production.
3.( 30%)Lead products yield, quality and safety improvement projects. Lead NPI and new equipment introduce.
4.( 10%) Issue occurred during the production, need to resolve the issue in time
5.( 5%) Yield report, DR and weekly/Monthly report
6.( 5%) Other works assigned by the direct supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.BS degree or above and majored in Engineering Science or related
2.Good learning agility on technical knowledge & trouble shooting
3.Have knowledge of quality core tools and IATF 16949
4.Good logic thinking
5.Good Chinese/English written/oral communication skills;
6.High accountability and good team sprit
