Essential Functions:
1.Implement the qualification of new machine, new product and new raw material. 15%
2.Implement knowledge management requirement, write and refine SOP, develop trouble shooting document, train technicians and related production staff. 15%
3.Coordinates with other departments to assure smooth operations and dispose any problems and/or issues. 25%
4.Ensure safe and environmentally friendly NDP and production processes through training, regular meetings, improvement and audit activities. 20%
5.Lead improvement project independently, improve process capability to satisfy customer, reduce cost，make production running efficiently and meeting the requirement of ISO9000/14001/IATF, etc.15%
7.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 10%
Education & Experience:
1. BS Chemical Engineering with a Polymer Science Degree
2. Above more than 3 years process engineering experience
3. Skilled communication in written and oral English
4. ISO9000/ IATF16949 knowledge, be skilled on FMEA and control plan
5. MS Office Software
6. Project implements experience.
