职责：
1. 负责固定资产管理。Responsible for Fix assets management.
2. 负责关联公司发票入账和在Excel登记发票信息。Responsible for AP IC invoice booking and record in Excel.
3. 收集外汇收付款资料Collect document for oversea payment.
4. 在SAP系统创建新供应商和维护银行信息。New supplier created and all vendor bank information maintenance in SAP.
5.增值税发票勾选和对账。VAT input reconciliation.
6.装订凭证。Filed voucher.
要求：
1.财务会计大专学历。College degree in Finance & Accounting
2. 金融/会计专业的在读学生。Undergraduate students for financial/ accounting position
3. 熟练使用电脑，尤其是微软Office和Excel。PC/Computer literate, particular in Microsoft Office and Excel
4. 团队合作精神。Teamwork spirit
5.良好的沟通技巧。Good communication skill
6. 良好的英语书写和口语能力。Good command of written and oral English.
7.耐心细致，能承受加班压力。Patient and carefulness and can work under time pressure
8.注意保护公司机密。Keep company confidential
