Key Responsibilities 主要职责：
Operational:
1. Sorting, checking and count the quantity of parts received, distribute parts to the corresponding assembly group in the workshop, book receiving in the system.
整理检查接收车间物料，分发物料给相应的工作组，并在系统收货（SAP）。
2. Collect and store pictures of components and machine assembly by project.
项目和零部件组装过程和包装发货相关照片的收集与储存。
3. Completion of relevant paperwork for workshop such as assembly material, project files, packing list etc.
完成车间相关日常文件整理，比如项目装配辅料整理，文件整理、项目出货清单、车间加班申请表等。
4. Attend daily staff meeting at 7:30, complete daily and weekly work schedule arranged by superior.
参加在7:30召开的每日员工会议，完成上司安排的每天或者每周的工作安排。
5. Actively communicate with the direct superior for duties, work, problems and needs. Feedback to superior when assigned task has been finished.
积极与上级沟通反馈工作中的责任、问题、需求和指定工作的完成情况。
6. Responsible for receiving and organizing the parts of component and machine according to production plan and 6S requirements.
根据装配计划和6S的要求，接收和摆放盾构机部件和整机设备的零部件。
7. Responsible for system work such as material request, receiving, withdraw, parts status checking etc.
根据项目需要负责BOM物料情况的查询、申请、接收和消耗等工作。
8. Be honest and credibility, able to complete other job assigned by superior.
诚实守信,并能完成上司安排的其他工作。
EHS:
1. Following all company instructions and regulations like Safety, 6S, EMS and OHS.
遵守公司所有准则规范，比如公司的安全准则规范，6S，EMS，OHS等。
2. Maintain and secure a safe working area, use appropriate tools and protective measures and report unsafe and unsecure conditions to superior immediately.
维护和确保工作区域的安全，使用适当的工具，做好安全保护措施，如有不安全的情况需立即告知上级。
3. Comply with the relevant operating instructions and safety requirements of the equipment If need to operate other equipment.
如需操作其他设备，要遵守设备相关操作指引和安全要求。
4. Responsible for the finishing and cleaning of workpieces and tools in the work area.
负责工作区域的工件，工具的整理和清扫等工作。
5.Wear and use labor protection equipment in accordance with labor laws and company regulations in the workshop area.
在车间除办公室区域活动时，需按照劳动法和公司规定佩戴和使用劳保用品。
Requirements 要求：
1. Technical secondary school above, major in Logistics or related preferred.
中专以上学历，物流或相关专业优先。
2. One or two years of related experience as warehouse keeper.
1~2年或以上相关物料管理工作经验。
3. Familiar with office software Word, Excel etc. Able to speak and comprehend English.
熟练使用Word， Excel等办公软件，能够使用SAP英文系统，看懂基本英文优先考虑。
4. Capable of completing daily work according to the requirements of superiors and possessing good communication skills.
能够根据上司的要求完成日常工作，并且拥有良好的沟通能力。
5. Patient and careful, work may involve some light physical work and need to be patient when make the recording.
日常工作中处理相关的数据工作需要细心和耐心。
6. Able to work with other teams and staffs smoothly.
能够跟其他同事和班组人员良好的相处。
7. Valid forklift license would be beneficial.
持有效叉车操作证且能熟练操作叉车。
