根据护士长安排，遵循专业护理标准和院内工作流程，负责产前、生产和产后病人护理，同时兼顾妇科病人。
具体工作职责如下：
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Head Nurse and Nursing Director and in accordance with the nursing professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, assumes responsibility for the nursing care of prenatal, labor and postnatal patients as well as gynecological patients.
1) Monitoring and examining patients during pregnancy.
随时观察和检查产妇的情况。
2) Developing, assessing and evaluating individual programs of care.
改进，评估并评价每一个产妇的生产过程。
3) Identifying high risk pregnancies and making referrals to doctors and other medical specialists.
辨别高风险生产并告知医生和其他专家。
4) Arranging and providing parenting and health education in relation to the needs of the patient, her partner and family members.
根据产妇，她的配偶和家人的需要，安排并提供父母健康教育。
5) Enhance both mother/baby bonding and family relationships generally.
鼓励家人参与生产过程，以支持产妇，并巩固母亲/婴儿与其他家庭成员之间的关系。
6) Establish and maintain effective communication with patients and her families.
建立并维护病人和其家人之间的沟通。
7) Supervising and assisting mothers in labor, monitoring the condition of the fetus and using knowledge of drugs and pain management.
照顾并协助生产中的产妇，监控胎儿的情况，并运用药学和疼痛学的知识。
8) To continually evaluate the quality of care given and ensure that the individual needs of the patient and baby are met in hospital.
持续评估护理质量，保证在医院内满足母亲和婴儿的需求。
9) When deviations from standard are encountered during labor and delivery, administers stipulated emergency measures, and arranges for immediate contact of Obstetrician. Liaising with other professional groups as necessary.
如在生产过程中发生标准偏差，采取规定的紧急措施，并迅速联系产科医生。如有必要，与其他的专业团队联系。
10) To maintain high quality record keeping and documentation at all times.
高质量地书写记录和相关文件。
11) Giving support and advice on the daily care of the baby, including breast feeding, bathing and making up feeds.
对婴儿的日常护理给予支持和建议，包括母乳喂养，洗澡和喂食。
12) Participating in the training and supervision of junior colleagues.
参与新进员工的培训和监督。
13) To comply with statutory and local requirements for the maintenance of registration and practice.
在护理过程中，遵守政府法律法规相关条文。
14) To identify personal learning needs and further develop professional knowledge/skills in line with service needs.
根据服务需要和自身情况，参加相关培训以更新知识/技能。
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Medical School of Nursing/Midwifery and/or College/University
Registered with the Shanghai Health Bureau, possess a current Nurse Practice License and / or Midwifery Practice License with current knowledge of midwifery practice.
