 For existing lead - acid batteries, collect prod., market & after - sales feedback. Evaluate performance, analyze problems. Propose & implement improvement plans to boost quality & stability.
针对现有铅酸蓄电池产品，收集生产、市场和售后反馈，开展性能评估与问题分析，提出优化改进方案并推动实施，提升产品质量和稳定性。

 Track industry tech trends, introduce new materials, processes & technologies. Upgrade products, cut costs & boost competitiveness.
跟踪行业技术发展趋势，引入新材料、新工艺、新技术，对现有产品进行升级换代，降低生产成本，提高产品竞争力。

 During new - product mass - production launch, cooperate closely with production departments, offer tech support, solve production tech issues for smooth running.
在新产品导入量产阶段，与生产部门紧密配合，提供技术指导，解决生产过程中的技术问题，确保生产顺利进行。

 Help set up production processes, work instructions, and quality standards. Join equipment selection and commissioning for design & quality compliance.
协助制定生产工艺流程、作业指导书和质量控制标准，参与生产设备选型与调试，保障产品生产符合设计要求和质量标准。

 Join in setting lead - acid battery quality stds & inspection specs. Inspect & monitor raw materials, semi - finished & finished products to meet national & in - house stds.
参与制定铅酸蓄电池产品质量标准和检验规范，对原材料、半成品和成品进行质量检验和监控，确保产品质量符合国家标准和企业内部标准。

 Analyze & handle product quality issues, organize quality meetings, set up corrective & preventive measures, track measure results to avoid problem recurrence.
分析处理产品质量问题，组织召开质量分析会议，制定纠正和预防措施，跟踪措施实施效果，防止质量问题再次发生。

 Cooperate with sales & customer service teams to offer tech support. Answer lead - acid battery tech queries and deal with customer complaints & issues.
与销售和客户服务部门协作，为客户提供技术支持，解答客户关于铅酸蓄电池产品的技术疑问，处理客户投诉和技术问题。

 According to customer needs, join in customized product R & D, offer personalized solutions to boost customer satisfaction.
根据客户需求，参与定制化产品的开发与设计，提供个性化的解决方案，提升客户满意度。

任职要求：

 Minimum 5 years' experience in lead - acid battery R & D or related fields, know well prod. proc. & QC systems
具有5年以上铅酸蓄电池产品研发或相关工作经验，熟悉铅酸蓄电池生产工艺流程和质量控制体系。

 Bachelor's degree or above, in ChE, MSE, Electrochemistry.
本科及以上学历 ，化学工程、材料科学与工程、电化学等相关专业。

 Master working principle, structural design & performance testing methods of lead - acid batteries. Familiar with relevant national & industry standards.
掌握铅酸蓄电池的工作原理、结构设计和性能测试方法，熟悉相关国家标准和行业标准。

 Fluent in CAD, SolidWorks. Good at drawing & reading blueprints.
熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks等绘图软件，具备良好的图纸阅读和绘制能力。

 Proficient in operating electrochemical workstations, battery testing systems etc. Able to analyze & process test data.
熟练运用电化学工作站、电池测试系统等专业测试设备，能够对测试数据进行分析处理。
