1.Study new product specification, understand testing requirements ;

2.t.est all article samples by developing test method and fixtures
负责所有样品的测试设计和确认工作；
3.Design, fabricate, maintain and manage all testing tooling /fixtures
负责所有测试治具的制作、保养，改善和管理；
4.Conduct training of testing process for production and quality testing operators
负责培训生产和品管部门的测试人员；
5.Manage and maintain all testing machines
负责所有测试仪器的维护、保养，改善和管理；
6.Analyze test failure products and make corrective actions
负责分析产品的不良原因并出具分析报告；
7.Setup product test specification
制订产品的测试规范；
8.Other job assignment from supervisor
主管安排的其它事务。
任职要求：
1.College degree in related electronically Science/Engineering
大专以上，电子相关专业;
2.3+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies ；
3年以上外企工作经验；
3. Skilled at electrical diagram, cable assembly related electrical parameters. 熟悉测试程序和电线装配相关性能参数。
4.Capable of English communication in E-mail with foreign engineers. 能通过E-mail与国外工程师进行技术交流；
5.Good understanding of cable assembly testing method and requirements. 熟悉电线装配测试方法和要求。
