岗位职责：
1、Study customer drawing, specification to fully understand customer needs.
研究客户图纸，规格书等，充分理解客户需求；
2、Proficient in plastic materials and plastic mold structure, able to conduct mold opening feasibility analysis of products according to product data (2D or 3D), make DFM report, and determine mold design scheme. Product assembly, Insert Molding, thin-wall connector, two-color injection molding 。experience is preferred.
精通塑胶材料，塑胶模具结构，能根据产品数据（2D或3D）对产品进行开模可行性分析，制作DFM报告、模具设计。有产品组装，Insert Molding、薄壁连接器、双色注塑经验优先；
3、According to the drawing requirements of process, equipment, fixture requirements.
根据图纸要求提出工艺、设备、夹具需求；
4、Packaging design of injection products and cost analysis of injection parts.
注塑产品包装设计及注塑件的成本分析；
5、Make professional feedback or suggestions to customer.
给客户设计提供建设性的，专业的反馈和建议；
6、Provide continuous improvement suggestions.提供持续改善建议；
7、Other job assignment by supervisor.
工程部经理安排的其它工作。
岗位要求：
1、College or BS degree in related mechanical or electronically Science/Engineering
大专以上学历，机械或电子专业；
2、3+ years’ working experience as engineer in multinational manufacturing companies
3年以上外企工作经验；
3、2 years cable assembly or connector related working experience.
2年及以上线缆或连接器工作经验；
4、Good at English reading/writing, average speaking and listening is accepted. 英文读写熟练，能沟通；
5、Be familiar with CAD,UG software 熟悉CAD, UG绘图软件；
6、Knowledge of molding machines and tools.熟悉注塑机和模具，工装夹具；
7、Solid computer skills. 熟悉电脑操作。
