主要职责 Main Responsibilities
负责软件产品的测试计划制定、测试用例设计与执行；
Responsible for software product test planning, test case design and execution;
执行功能测试、性能测试、兼容性测试等各类测试活动；
Execute various testing activities including functional testing, performance testing, and compatibility testing;
与开发工程师协作进行缺陷跟踪、分析与验证；
Collaborate with development engineers on defect tracking, analysis and verification;
与产品经理沟通需求理解，确保测试覆盖完整性；
Communicate with product managers on requirement understanding to
ensure complete test coverage;
维护和优化测试环境，搭建自动化测试框架；
Maintain and optimize test environments, build automated testing frameworks;
编写测试报告，提供产品质量评估；
Write test reports and provide product quality assessments;
参与产品发布前的质量把关与风险评估；
Participate in quality control and risk assessment before product release;
独立执行单元测试和集成测试（系统与板级支持包BSP）；
Independently carry out unit tests and integration tests (system and board support package);
负责CoDeSys和Schreiber测试；
Responsible for CoDeSys and Schreiber tests;
使用Python、Jenkins、LabGrid等工具；
Use tools such as Python, Jenkins, LabGrid;
接管并维护来自Fulda的现有测试项；
Take over and maintain existing tests from Fulda;
扩展和创建新的测试项；
Extend and create new tests;
维护测试基础设施；
Maintain the testing infrastructure.
