关于职位：We are looking for an Automotive Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all quality activities throughout the New Product Development (NPD), Derivative Product Development (DPD) and commercial production, customer complaint, and driving plans to close the gaps partnered with cross functions.

This role will be located at our facility in Shenzhen, China.

职责：

• Manage and coordinate customer complaints and technical issues, owning the relationship with the customer’s quality and process engineers.
• Provide customers with PPAP (production part approval process) documentation and/or FAI (first article inspection) reports
• Work with customers to verify, understand and trouble-shoot the quality or technical issues.
• Manage the investigation and analysis to identify root causes working with internal cross functions and supplier or contract manufacturer.
• Be able to use problem-solving methodologies during the process (i.e. 5Why, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram).
• Respond to customer issues urgently including off hours and with on-site travel as needed (often needs to be on-site within 24 hours).
• Develop a strong understanding of Gore product and customer’s integration process with Gore product.
• Apply FMEA risk management principles to quality improvements and change management.
• Conduct internal audits as well as supplier audits
• Support customer audits as needed including those at supplier/contract manufacturing partners.

任职资格:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Material, Quality Engineering, or other technical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years experience supplier/contract manufacturing activities in a multinational organization or global cross functional teams
• Experienced working with new product development teams, and Product and process validation experience in continuous manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality the tools such as FEMA, control plan, SPC, MSA, 5 Why, 8D, APQP, PPAP etc. and statics, failure analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Good influence, collaboration and situational skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to build a strong collaborative working relationship with a broad range of associates (ex. Manufacturing, Technical, Product Specialists, Application engineer etc.) and customer.
• Ability to travel up to 15%
