岗位职责:

Responsible for the research and development of new dosage form drugs, including research and project establishment, project research strategy formulation, implementation of project research work and solving technical problems, registration guidance, etc.

任职要求:

1. PhD in chemistry，pharmacy or closely related fields. Familiar with the cutting-edge technology of new drug preparation drug research and development and the progress of related fields at home and abroad;

2. Have more than 5 years of research experience in new preparations, and have experience in successful project scaling up and declaration;

3. Have a deep theoretical foundation and rich practical experience in R&D in the development of new preparation drugs, and have strong academic guidance ability and problem-solving ability;

4. Have good communication skills and a sense of teamwork.
