职位描述
1.1.1 Business Strategy and Direction:
- Develop proposals for improvements to existing strategies and initiatives, as well as proposals for new ones.
- Provide feedback on success of existing initiatives.
- Ensure site participation in core competency improvement initiatives.
- Ensure operational standardization through the use of standard tools and systems. These include, but are not limited to:
- Quote management software and responsiveness requirements.
- Project tracking tools (action items, journals, time entry, milestones, and deliverables checklists).
- Design reviews.
- Hotline Support.
- Documentation package templates (quotes, test plans, test specification, tester validation, etc…).
1.1.2 Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop existing cvustomer relationships so Jabil’s manufacturing business and engineering services both benefits.
- Proactively seek new customer relationships. Sales presentations will be required.
- Develops corrective actions for customer relationship issues not resolved by engineers working directly on test developments. Customers may be internal or external.
- Significant travel will be required.
职位要求：
1. 本科毕业，相关实习经验优先。
2. 电子，自动化专业。
3. 对开发生产测试设备有兴趣。
4. 电源电路，嵌入式电路能看懂，可以画基本的电路图和接线图。
5. 熟悉基础仪器仪表的选型，示波器，电源，万用表等。
5. 会使用和操作基础仪器仪表，通过LabView等软件控制过仪器仪表。
6 有生产测试设备开发经验。
7. 英语能自我介绍。
