RESPONSIBILITIES

•Formulate accurate material requirements planning (MRP) and production planning (MPS) based on sales forecasts, historical data and market trends.

•Coordinate sales, production, procurement and other departments to ensure the dynamic balance of demand and supply.

•Monitor the inventory level of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products, formulate safety stock strategies, and reduce the risk of sluggish materials and out-of-stock.

•Analyze inventory turnover and propose optimization plans to reduce operating costs.

•Lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to promote cross-departmental consensus and execution.

•Manage global supplier delivery schedules to ensure on-time supply of critical components such as bearings, motors, hydraulic components, etc.

•Proficient in using ERP (such as SAP, Oracle) or APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) system to optimize the planning process.

•Establish supply chain performance indicators (such as OTD, inventory turnover rate) and output analysis reports on a regular basis.

•Identify supply chain disruption risks (e.g., delivery delays, raw material shortages) and develop contingency plans.

•Support the development of new projects, assess supply chain feasibility and participate in capacity planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor degree or above, major in supply chain management, industrial engineering, machinery manufacturing, logistics management and other related majors

•More than 2 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning or material planning in the machinery manufacturing industry, familiar with machining, assembly and other processes.

•Familiar with the BOM and procurement cycle of mechanical products

•Excellent cross-departmental coordination skills and ability to work under pressure

•Good English communication skills
