RESPONSIBILITIES

•Responsible for the procurement of machinery manufacturing products (such as metal parts, transmission parts, hydraulic/pneumatic components, molds, processing equipment, etc.), including supplier development, price comparison, negotiation and contract signing.

•Familiar with the technical parameters, processing technology and quality standards of mechanical parts, and be able to independently complete the analysis of procurement needs and cost optimization.

•Manage supplier relationships and regularly evaluate suppliers' delivery capabilities, quality and service levels.

•Coordinate internal technical, production, quality and other departments to solve technical or delivery issues in the procurement process.

•Participate in the development of new projects and provide technical and resource support on the procurement side. 6. Familiar with domestic and foreign procurement processes

QUALIFICATIONS

•Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, supply chain management and other related majors is preferred.

•More than 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement or supply chain in machinery manufacturing industry, familiar with machining, casting, sheet metal and other processes and common parts (such as electrical components, valves, etc.).

•Experience in equipment procurement is preferred.

•Proficient in English (CET-4 or above), proficient in reading technical documents, writing English emails, and communicating with overseas suppliers.

•Familiar with ERP system and procurement management tools, good at data analysis and cost accounting.

•Have good negotiation skills, risk awareness and contract management skills.

•Strong sense of responsibility, cross-departmental collaboration ability and ability to work under pressure.

•Experience in ISO quality management system is a plus.
