Weight management for CN specific project:
· Responsible for benchmarking analysis of lightweighting solutions for competitor vehicles and analyzing the market competitiveness of vehicle weight.
· Based on whole vehicle weight targets, lead weight achievement plans.
· Establish a weight database, track actual weight data of parts and overall vehicle, analyze by comparing with target values, and use software (e.g., WISO, SMARAG) for weight statistics and trend forecasting.
· Responsible for weight and axle load management of prototype vehicles at various stages, and overall vehicle weight test.
· Responsible in declared certification weight.
· Ensure the product compliance in regulation, assist certification team to implementing regulatory certification work.
Weight management for CN localized project
· Monitoring series production weight distribution
· Model year certification weight status tracking
· Support in vehicle height issue solving.
· WISO weight table release
· Weight evaluation to support engineering content check
· More than 5 years working experience at OEM’s or suppliers; Familiar with automotive technical knowledge, and national/industry standards and regulations related to automotive development
· Experience of overall vehicle development and projects management is a plus.
· Working experience in international company is a plus · Leading experience is a plus
· Solid Knowledge of weight related performance requirement, regulation, technical approaches and professional knowledge
· Familiar with testing tools (e.g Vector-CANAPE，CANOE), MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
· Good driving skills. China C1 driving license is a must
· Willingness to travel foreign countries.
· Teamwork with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
· Fluent English (oral, writing, listening and reading) is necessary, German is a plus
