Lead the definition of requirements for the AD L3 system
•Create clear specifications that drive implementation and validation
•Consider regulation, infrastructure, and local driving behavior to ensure a China-fit system behavior
•Analyze complex trade-offs in the system design to drive architecture decisions
Implement the feature rollout plan and delivery milestone
•Define the feature rollout plan which considers the feature maturity, EE integration into prototype
•Be responsible for all the delivery on milestone and provide regular status reports and release reports
Test and evaluate AD L3 system functionality
•Join test activities to evaluate the system performance
•Analyze relevant data to identify defects and refine your requirements
•Track and drive fixes for relevant findings
Collaborate with implementation and validation teams
•Align your system requirements with your validation and implementation counterparts and ensure they have a detailed understanding
•Support the validation planning and review the test specification of your requirements
•Support and drive the implementation of your requirements
Cross functional communication and reporting
•Communicate with relevant departments to be informed of the latest regulations, competitors, marketing and other product related information
•Summarize and communicate the development status and align with internal and external partners
•Master degree or above in vehicle engineering, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field
•At least 5 year working experience in ADAS/AD software or system development:
- Development experience on ADAS function (e.g, AEB, ACC, LKA, HWA, etc,)
- Development experience on AD L3/4 function (Robotaxi) preferred
- Hands on development experience AD platforms (ROS, Autoware, Apollo, etc.) preferred.
•Skill in MBD (MATLAB/Simulink/ dSpace toolkit) OR C++ programming and scripting languages (Python among others) preferred
•Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, additional German language skills are a plus
•Self-responsible working attitude and initiative
•Intercultural competence and communication skills
