- Manage SW development activities during all project phase & all SW development area;
- Manage SW team daily work in agile way
- Coordinate to produce cross domain/functional technical solution;
- Coordinate SW team to formulate SW development & delivery plan;
- Coordinate cross teams communication to solve conflict;
- Tracking & monitoring SW activities to ensure success delivery;
• Synchronize SW develop/dependencies progress with headquarters;
Education
• Bachelor in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering or a related field
Experience
• Have experience in leading the program in college
• Excellent verbal & written English capability
• Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility
• Good at multiple tasks steering & coordinate
• Good conflict identify/predict, assessment & solving capability
• Strong self drive, curiosity & diverse way of thinking
• Positive attitude & have sense of purpose/result driven
