• Responsible for system and software performance optimization topics, including KPI definition, Design performance test cases, analyze technical solution, provide technical guidance and solution for issues, etc.
• Lead team to define platform software performance KPI and platform software scalability design.
• Responsible for the analysis and solution of architectural problems, as well as the optimization and stability maintenance of Android/Linux/QNX system.
• Responsible for explaining the core capabilities of the software solution/architecture to external department. Provide technical guidance to other departments. Explain expertise to developers.
• Lead the team to solve complex cross-module systems and cross-team technical problems and propose systematic technical solutions.
• System Performance & Stability tuning, such as Computational force optimization, CPU & Memory usage, etc.
• Work with vehicle programs to optimize performance, reliability, experience and services through platform integration.
• Research and learn new technologies to meet the iterative updates of smart cockpit/ADAS product needs.
Education
• B.S. or higher degree in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Science Engineering.
Experience
• At least 6 years working experience in platform software, such as BSP, QNX/Linux, middleware for various vehicle products.
Knowledge
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of ARM and SOC architecture and develop tools-chain.
• Good experience and sense on platform software design, such as high scalability and reliability, low coupling.
• Proficient at Android/QNX/Linux/RTOS, kernel, IPC/IDC, performance tuning.
• Good knowledge of OS schedule, multi-process programming, memory optimization principles.
• Proficient at C/C++/assembly language programming skill is a must.
• Rich development experience including platform software, middleware and BSP development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
