Major Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy to support program goals and enhance program branding in the domestic and international markets.

2. Create and manage marketing campaigns that increase visibility, drive enrollment, and enhance the reputation of the program.

3. Manage and oversee content plans for promotion channels, gather insights and audience analysis to make recommendations and adjustments to the overall marketing and social media strategy.

4. Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a consistent message and brand identity across all marketing channels and drive qualified leads.

5. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including prospective students, alumni, industry leaders, and other relevant parties.

6. Manage the budget for the marketing campaign, ensuring all expenses are within budget and tracking ROI.

Basic Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree; international education background preferred.

2. 8+ years working experience in marketing, business or relevant functions, and people management is a plus.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

5. Familiar with social media and other digital marketing toolkits, open-minded and curious to learn new things.

6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
