Major Job Responsibilities:

 Plan and execute annual alumni events to strengthen engagement. Manage preparation, promotion, execution, and evaluation.

 Manage alumni engagement and collaborative projects within MBA departments to boost admission, course operations, and career activities.

 Reactive e-lab to build a supporting system for startups initiated by MBA students and alumni.

 Develop marketing strategies and sales tool kits for the new program and support cross-campus admissions.

 Coordinate cross-departmental projects aligned with school strategies.

Basic Job Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred

 8+ years of experience in Marketing, operations, or project management in large enterprises

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

 Outgoing personality and ability to integrate resources.

 Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
