Key Responsibilities
1. Career Development Program Design and Execution
- Oversee the design, organization, and supervision of career development programs for CEIBS MBA students, collaborating with external partners, consultants, and trainers for high - quality workshops, seminars, and events.
- Align programs with industry trends, employer expectations, and student career goals, and evaluate and improve them based on feedback and outcomes.
2. Business Development for Hiring Opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top employers, recruiters, and industry leaders to create hiring opportunities for CEIBS MBA students and alumni.
- Identify new corporate partners to expand the CDC's employer network globally and across industries, and organize events like career fairs and company presentations to connect students with employers.
- Collaborate with the CEIBS alumni network to utilize alumni - led organizations for career opportunities.
3. Career Counseling and Coaching
- Provide one - on - one career counseling to MBA students, assisting them in setting career goals, job search strategies, interview preparation, resume writing, LinkedIn profile creation, personal branding, mock interviews, offer negotiation, and career transition.
4. Strategic Leadership and Collaboration
- Work closely with the CDC Director to develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives, collaborate with faculty and other departments to integrate career development into the MBA curriculum.
- Guide junior CDC staff, foster an excellent and innovative team culture, and represent the CDC at events to promote CEIBS' career services.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, HR, Strategy, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum of 10 (15 for senior position) years of experience in career consulting, talent acquisition, corporate recruitment, or related fields.
- Proven record of designing and delivering successful career development programs and strong business development experience with relationship - building abilities.
- Experience in a multicultural environment, preferably in higher education or global corporate training.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
- Native - level English proficiency (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with students, employers, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a passion for career goal achievement.
- Strategic thinking, problem - solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, results - oriented, self - motivated, and committed to diverse career aspirations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with career management platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Solutions).
