Job Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities mainly include but not limited to the following:
1. Assist in research, including literature review, collecting/coding/analyzing data, coordination of research projects, designing/conducting (field) experiments, etc.
2. Assist in teaching, including course development and design, material preparation, case writing, class coordination, and other logistic coordination.
3. Assist to contact and coordinate with international scholars and Chinese executives.
4. General administrative tasks, including budgeting, correspondence, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Master or PhD student with research experience in psychology, marketing (consumer behavior), organizational behavior, economics, or strategy.
2. 1-2yrs related research experience in education or training and 1-2 publications preferred.
3. Familiarity with behavioral research methodology, such as experimental design and analysis (using SPSS, SAS, Stata, etc.), preferred.
4. Familiarity with quantitative research methodology, including data collection, cleaning and analysis (using Stata R, etc.), also preferred.
5. Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity.
6. Excellent English and Chinese reading, speaking, and writing ability.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups.
8. Able to commit for at least 1 year
