Position Summary
This position is responsible for the operation of tire related product homologation business in RTA section, insight the tire industry market to identify the existing business trend and the potential business opportunities, development resource and channel of new products/services to achieve the target.
Job Responsibilities
1. Business and market [ 30 %]
- Coordinate and manage the operation of tire/wheel related products ECE/EU homologation business;
- Insight the tire industry to identify and develop new service;
- Maintain relationship with KA clients and acting as sales role for partial clients to achieve the order intake and sales target;
- Potential KA clients development and relationship maintain;
- Identify, develop and maintain the relationship with test laboratories and the other business partners;
- Collaborate with tire testing team to develop tire TIC business together;
- Communication and association with TRN team in Germany to gain useful and advanced market and regulation information in EU and to strength the cooperation with Global team;
- Technical support in sales and marketing activities.
2.Project Execution [ 50%]
- Leading and managing the project team to achieve and order sales & profit target;
- Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project team leader;
- Support project manager to implement new products business;
- Lead project team to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;
- Collaborate with other engineer and project manager as project team leader in project.
3. Competence [20%]
- Upskill the leadership and management competence;
- Develop and extend the personal competence and scopes upskill;
- Follow the TKM and QM operational procedure;
- Implement the training course under the section’s plan and assignment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Minumun 6 years working experience in the fields of tyre homologation or testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented and able to work independently and efficiently and work under pressure.
- Diligence; strong teamwork spirit; self-motivation, and self-improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer skills and good command of English.
- Be able to travel frequently.
- Be familiar with quality management and lab management is preferred.
