I.Position Summary/ 职位概要
This position is responsible for all functional safety project （hardware） related activities within RI-Rail Department, regarding Automation Business. Including rail transportation, petrochemical, mechanical equipment, automotive electronics, new energy vehicles and batteries and other fields.
该职位负责部门内功能安全相关业务(硬件方向)的所有项目相关活动，主要涉及领域包含轨道交通，石油化工，机械设备，汽车电子，新能源汽车及电池等。
II.Job Responsibilities / 岗位职责
1.Be responsible for assigned projects according to internal and external requirements, standards and regulations;
根据内外部要求、标准和指令，负责所分配的项目(5%)；
2.Review project documents from the customer and issue review reports as inpector or assessor role;
审查客户的项目文件，并作为检查员或评估员出具审核报告；(15%)
3.Carry out inspection activities, making professional judgement to the conformance between inspection result and requirements, and prepare inspection reports and certificates;
作为检验员或评估员，开展检验活动，对检验结果与要求的符合性作出专业判断，出具检验报告和/或证书；(15%)
4.As functional safety expert, communicate with the client and the assessors in TÜV SÜD Germany to quicken up the process of certification for the client (e.g. explanation the requirements of functional safety standards, clarification of the open points raised by TÜV SÜD Germany);
作为功能安全专家，与客户及南德意志集团德国总部的评估员进行沟通，为加快客户认证进度进行项目管理并提供技术支持（如解释功能安全标准的要求，澄清德国TÜV南德意志集团提出的开口项）；(30%)
5.implement quality system in accordance with the company quality policy;
按照公司质量管理体系要求开展工作；(5%)
6.Communicate in courteous and effective manner with colleagues and customers in all circumstances including answering technical queries, explaining technical points etc.;
在任何情况下与同事和客户进行礼貌有效的沟通，包括回答技术问题、解释技术要点等；(5%)
7.Take part in related trainings, accumulate technical knowledge and experience for enough competence and qualification to carry out inspection activities;
参加相关培训，积累技术知识和经验，维持开展检验活动的能力和资格；(5%)
8.Learn about the related knowledge of inspected products;
了解被检验产品的相关知识； (5%)
9.Actively & effectively support business development;
积极有效地支持业务拓展；(10%)
10.Perform other duties assigned by upper level manager.
完成上级领导交办的其他工作。 (5%)
III.Job Requirements / 职位要求
1.Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历；
2.Major in Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or other related subject;
自动化、电气、电子、机械等相关专业；
3.Three years working experience in electrical/electronic or other related field with reliable working performance, experience in functional safety certificating or auditing;
三年以上电气电子或其他相关领域工作经验, 具备功能安全领域认证，审核经验；
4.Familiar with functional safety standards (such as IEC 61508, ISO 26262, IEC 61511, EN 5012x, ISO 13849, IEC 62061) or experience in system/hardware/software development is preferred;
熟悉功能安全标准（例如 IEC 61508, ISO 26262, IEC 61511, EN 5012x, ISO 13849, IEC 62061）或有系统/硬件/软件开发经验者优先；
