Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct daily US GAAP conversion and consolidation work for the Group and its subsidiaries in accordance with US GAAP requirements.
2. Handle ongoing communication and data/financial reporting submissions with US shareholders at the operational level.
3. Research US GAAP, and assist in formulating the Group's relevant US GAAP accounting policies and treatment rules.
4. Lead the automatic reconciliation and conversion of the Group's Chinese and US general ledger systems, resolving issues arising during daily system interfacing.
5. Participate in month-end closing under Chinese Accounting Standards and other accounting tasks.
Qualifications
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in English, Finance, Accounting, Insurance or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of financial work experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in US GAAP accounting.
3. Professional qualifications such as AICPA, CPA, or Intermediate Accountant certification are preferred.
4. IELTS score of 7 or TEM-8 level, English can serve as a working language.
5. Proficient in US GAAP and conversion between Chinese and US accounting standards.
6. Basic understanding of investment, property & casualty, or life insurance operations, finance, and related fundamental workflows is preferred.
7. Proficient in MS Office software and skilled in operating Oracle financial software.
