一、岗位职责 Key Responsibilities:
1.内部传播与内容建设： 参与内部传播体系规划，负责新闻稿、宣传材料等文案策划与撰写；协助维护企业海内外传播渠道。
Content Creator & Storyteller: Own the development of our internal voice. Write, edit, and produce engaging content—from company news and announcements to creative campaigns—for our global channels.
2. 活动策划与执行： 协助策划、组织并执行公司级各类文化活动，确保活动效果达成。
Experience Architect: Design, plan, and execute company-wide cultural events and programs that inspire our teams and reinforce our values.
3. 流程支持与跨部门协作： 参与文化行政流程优化，协助推动跨部门、跨地域协作项目，提升组织运营效率。
Collaboration Catalyst: Work cross-functionally and across regions to streamline processes and lead initiatives that enhance how we operate and work together.
4. 综合素养： 形象气质佳，沟通亲和力强，服务意识与组织协调能力突出；
Culture Ambassador: Your exceptional communication skills, proactive service mindset, and ability to organize will be key to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace.

二、任职要求Qualifications:
1. 研究生及以上学历，专业不限。
Education: Hold a Master's degree or above. Your field of study is less important than your passion and skills.
2. 语言能力： 英语口语流利，可作为工作语言（托福≥80/雅思≥6.0）。
Communication Mastery: You are fluent in English (working proficiency, TOEFL ≥80 / IELTS ≥6.0). Your words have impact.
3. 个人特质： 勤奋细致、正向阳光、抗压性强，适应跨地域轮岗。具备学生会、新媒体运营等相关经历者优先。
The Right Attitude: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring positive energy, embrace challenges, and are excited by the opportunity to work and grow in different locations.
Bonus Points: Hands-on experience in student leadership, event planning, or managing social media/new media platforms is a significant advantage.
