工作内容：

Strictly abide by the company's safety operation and management procedures,
execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance
requirements.

Actively cooperate with the supervisor's
work arrangement and take the initiative to improve efficiency

Study and improve technical skills

actively to meet Schindler business development needs.

主动学习，努力提升自我带位技能，满足公司的业务发展需求；

Gather customers’ needs and requests,

provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction.

收集和反馈客户的需求和期望，并积极响应，提高客户满意度；

Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler

required;

记录和填写服务情况报告，保存完整，满足公司要求；

工作要求：

Familiar with the principle and structure

of elevator products, with at least one year of installation or maintenance
experience. Familiarity with Schindler elevator products is preferred.

熟悉电梯产品原理、结构，至少一年以上安装或维保经验，熟悉迅达电梯产品优先。

High school or technical secondary school degree or above.

高中或职业中专以上学历。

Hold an elevator operation certificate, namely the T certificate.

Be familiar with the basic knowledge and skills of elevator safety maintenance；

持有（有效期内）电梯操作证即T证, 熟悉电梯安全维保基础知识及技能；

Customer-oriented, responsible and self-disciplined.

良好的服务意识和责任感，良好的自律性；

Good communication skills.

良好的沟通交流能力；
