职位描述
岗位职责:
- Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements
执行在用梯服务(包括保养、修理、回召处理等),达到公司管理要求;
- Improve working efficiency and reduce labor cost
持续提高劳动生产率,减少劳动成本;
- Study and improve technical skills actively to meet Schindler business development needs
主动学习,努力提升自我带位技能,迎合公司的业务发展需求;
- Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction
收集和反馈客户的需求和期望,并积极响应,提高客户满意度;
- Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required
记录和填写服务情况报告,保存完整,满足公司要求;
- Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR
帮助申请与收回到期款项, 减少客户欠款;
- Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards
及时,准确的回报工时和回召,满足工时和回召上传标准;
- Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor
完成上级临时安排的其他任务;
岗位要求:
Education Background 教育背景
- 高中、职业中专或以上学历
持有效电梯作业资格证书
Work Experience工作经验
- At least one year experience in installation or maintenance.
至少1年安装/保养方面的工作经验。
- Customer-oriented, responsible and self-disciplined;
良好的服务意识和责任感,良好的自律性;
- Good communication skills;
具有一定的沟通能力;
