主要工作职责：

Key Responsibilities:
1. EHS系统的建立与执行
o 建立并实施符合国家和地方法规的安全、环保、健康和保安规章制度，确保 安全环保事故率为零。
Establish and implement safety, environmental protection, health, and security regulations that comply with national and local laws, ensuring a zero incident rate.
o 为全厂职工及相关供应商提供有关EHS、消防和急救方面的培训，并制定相应的应急措施。
Provide EHS, fire prevention, and first aid training for all employees and related suppliers, and develop corresponding emergency procedures.
o 定期检查和维护安全/保安设施，确保安全设施的可靠性，并负责定期回顾和更新安全规程和SOP。
Perform periodic inspections and maintenance of safety/security facilities, ensure the reliability of safety equipment, and be responsible for regularly reviewing and updating safety regulations and SOPs.
o 对安全事故进行调查、数据总结，并在工厂月会上汇报。
Investigate safety incidents, summarize data, and report plant safety accident data at monthly meetings.
o 作为工厂代表，协调地方消防和环保机构的日常工作。
As a factory representative, coordinate routine work with local fire prevention and environmental protection organizations.
o 负责协调工厂各类安全环保审核工作。
Responsible for coordinating various safety and environmental protection audits in the factory.
o 协调员工各类安全培训及取证工作。
Coordinate various safety training and certification for employees.
2. 楼宇监控系统
o 协调与暖通工程师的工作，确保洁净区的温湿度要求。
Coordinate with HVAC engineers to ensure the temperature and humidity requirements of clean areas.
3. 保安管理
o 制定并监督保安制度的实施，确保工厂有一个安全的环境。
Develop and supervise the implementation of security policies to ensure a safe environment in the factory.
o 负责日常保安工作的监督、检查和提升。
Supervise, inspect, and enhance daily security work.
o 负责保安设施（监控录像、保安器材）的正常使用和记录保存，并协调维修。
Ensure the normal use and record retention of security facilities (monitoring video recording, security equipment), and coordinate maintenance.
o 参与并主持与保安人员的定期会议。
Participate in and preside over regular meetings with security officers.
4. 安全设备设施的操作与维护
o 负责与当地公安机关、安监机构和环保机关的联系。
Maintain contact with local public security offices, safety supervision offices, and environmental protection offices.
o 负责消防设备设施的日常维护和维修。
Responsible for the routine inspection and maintenance of firefighting equipment.
o 协调各种废弃物的处理工作。
Coordinate the treatment of various types of waste.
o 负责废水处理设施的日常运行和维护。
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment facilities.
o 负责全厂虫害控制。
Responsible for pest control throughout the site.
o 负责协调各种设备的定期校验和检测。
Responsible for regular calibration and external inspection of equipment as needed.
5. 作为暖通工程师的备份
o 参与工厂年度仪器仪表校验计划的实施，协助HVAC设备设施的日常操作和维护。
Act as a backup for the HVAC Engineer by participating in the implementation of the annual verification plan for all instruments and meters and assisting in the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
6. 其他职责
o 完成个人年度培训及发展计划，协助完成部门的多技能培训计划。
Complete individual annual training and development plans and assist in completing the annual multi-skill training plan of the department.

基本要求：
Basic Requirements:
• 大学本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业。持有注册安全工程师证。
University degree in a related engineering field. Certification as a registered safety engineer.
• 三年以上工厂EHS相关实际工作经验，制药企业相关经验为佳。
Minimum of 3 years of related working experience in a factory, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• 具有良好的英语听说读写能力，能够熟练使用英语作为工作语言。
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with proficiency in using English as a working language.
• 强烈的责任心和执行标准的态度。
Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to standards.
• 丰富的EHS知识背景和处理紧急问题的经验。
Rich knowledge background in EHS and experience in handling urgent issues.
• 良好的沟通能力，能够与政府部门建立良好合作关系。
Good communication skills and ability to establish good cooperation with governmental departments.
