职位描述
主要目标:
负责德马格零部件和钢丝绳葫芦的销售工作。
主要职责:
定期拜访合作伙伴,以及联合合作伙伴拜访最终客户;
推广德马格产品,帮助合作伙伴进行产品的市场推广,完成销售指标;
协助商务部门,进行应收帐款的催收;
对合作伙伴销售成员进行项目上的支持,包括技术和商务方面;
日常项目管理与汇报;
与生产部门协作,进行销售和生产计划的数据预测,满足车间产能要求;
完成其他经理分配的任务;
了解ISO14001 & 45001标准。
职位要求:
机械工程或相关专业本科或以上学历;
出色的中英文口语、书面语沟通技能,会粤语是加分项;
三年以上物流输送行业工作经验,且在市场、销售或业务发展的岗位上有良好的工作表现;
熟悉工业起重机市场或相似工业设备销售经验;
良好的人际沟通技巧;
具备教练、开发和培训技巧;
积极主动,学习能力强,良好的独立工作能力;
适应频繁的出差工作。
Primary Objective:
Responsible for sales of Demag Components and Rope Hoists.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit partners regularly and accompany them on visits to end customers;
Promote Demag products, support partners in market promotion, and achieve sales targets;
Assist the business department with accounts receivable collection;
Support partner team members on project-related issues, including technical and commercial aspects;
Manage daily projects and provide reports;
Collaborate with the production department to forecast sales and production planning data to meet manufacturing capacity needs;
Complete other tasks assigned by managers;
Awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English; Cantonese is a plus;
Minimum 3 years of experience in the material handling industry with a proven track record in marketing, sales, or business development roles;
Familiarity with the industrial crane market or similar experience selling industrial equipment;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to coach, develop, and train others;
Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of working independently;
Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business.
