Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
8+ years of experience managing complex and global projects in the areas of Supply Chain and Operation
8+ years of experience in implementation, process improvement, requirement documentation, test planning and user acceptance testing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional project management skills with attention to detail

Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global and fast-paced environment
Experience driving supply chain process improvement and solution with strong supply chain expertise
Proficient knowledge of the systems implementation and development life cycles
Proficient in business requirement gathering and process flow diagramming
Ability to perform robust business process analysis and recommend solution
Strong ability to personally drive large scale initiatives and lead changes under pressure, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
A proven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
