1. At least 2 years SAP AMS user support experience, familiar with ITIL/ITSM concept and its best practice. (Global Helpdesk experience is preferred.) 至少2年SAP AMS用户支持相关经验,熟悉ITIL/ITSM的概念及其最佳实践(有跨国Helpdesk经验优先)。
2. Basic knowledge of FICO, PS, MM, EWM etc. (Experience with S4 2023 version is preferred). 具有FICO、PS,MM、EWM等模块的基础知识(S4 2023版本优先)。
3. Experienced to support integration with surrounding systems (e.g., OA, SRM; via OData, RESTful, IDoc; CPI, Cloud Connector) is preferred. 有支持SAP与外围系统(例如:通过OData, RESTful, IDoc以及CPI、Cloud Connector等中间件与OA、SRM)集成经验者优先。
4. Fluent English communication skills in both written and oral. 英语书面及口语沟通流利。
5. Team player and able to work under pressure. 具有团队协作能力并能在压力下工作。
6. Quick learner. 学习能力强。
7. Experience of collaboration tools (e.g. SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow) is preferred. 熟悉常用协作工具的(如:SAP Solution Manager, Jira, ServiceNow)优先。
