1.Plan, executes and leads all activities concerning gathering and management of system requirements and system modelling.
2.Provide visual design considering from end user perspective.
3.Responsible for the documentation concerning both functional and non-functional requirements.
4.Understand complex issues and identify opportunities and risks.
5.Recommend alternative solutions and identify deficiencies when necessary.
6.Propose changes that make the software product more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost.
7.Propose prioritization of changes in the solution.
Minimum qualifications
1.Bachelor and/or Master degree with majors in, but not limited to, computer science, software engineering, automation, electrical engineering, information technology, etc..
2.Strong communications skills and good service mindset.
3.Good learning agility, strong interesting in IT career development.
4.Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility.
5.A good team player.
6.Good thinking and problem solving skill.
7.Good understanding in general business knowledge, experience on automotive industry is a plus.
8.Good understanding in application development process.
9.Excellent oral and written English or Japanese.
10.Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure.
11.Excellent oral and written Japanese.
12.Salesforce platform experience is a plus.
