Responsibilities:
Upload upgrade code to customers computer remotely
Be responsible for customer's technical needs and issues during the uploading
Update case status with all team members constantly
Work closely with technical team members globally
Qualifications:
Able to work more than 3 days a week for at least 4 months (9:00am - 17:00pm)
Fluently verbal and written English
Self - motivated with high sense of responsibility
Good communication skills
Good understanding of customer requirements
Good team player, easy to collaborate with colleagues
Inters with outstanding performance will be considered as full-time position candidates
