Test Reliability Assurance Engineer
focused on fortifying laboratory testing through systematic process control,
standards management, and knowledge transfer.

Job Requirements

Ø Test Quality Assurance & Compliance Management (30%)

• Conduct Quality Monitoring and quality control,

• Support Test audit for externals 3rd party services

• Submit technical parameters for equipment calibration

• Interim Checks of test equipment

• MoC per process needs

• Certificates specific tasks preparation and corrective actions from
audit findings

Ø Enhancing Test Reliability (15%)

• Ensure method validity through pre-validation of non-standard test
methods

• Plan, execution and tracking Proficiency Test

• Uncertainty Records

• Leverage 10+ years of testing history data collection to support as
needs

Ø Strengthening Advanced Test Support (30%)

• Maintain test standards list into valid check/assurance and
renew/update in IDEAs

• Document creation for new
Test equipment SOPs and other series if revised

• System UAT for new test
function applications

• New contracts labors and
testers training

• Match inventory Test
consumables from purchase to Store

• Daily pre-test machines
checks

Ø Systematically Test Knowledge Transfer(10%)

• Introductory sessions for general testing share and refresh
trainings

• Perpetuate knowledges through whitepaper or guidelines be written

• Providing new test capability clarification and update for partner
BUs

Ø Cross Test Support (15%)

• Actions support under test process continuous improvement

• Providing On-site test or
external test support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics,
or a related engineering field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in testing engineering, with at
least 3 years specifically within the connector industry.

• Proficient in applying industry testing standards with a rigorous
and detail-oriented approach.

• Demonstrated ability to execute effectively, coupled with strong
critical thinking and problem-solving skills in dynamic situations.

• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and project
management skills.

• Prior experience with or knowledge of CNAS/ISO 17025 management
systems is highly preferred.
