Responsibilities:

1. Simulation analysis to support entire Process development technical leader Including Process Define, Ball Parking List review, cost optimization from Project start to finish

2. Coordinate Design Review and DFM Review and Document

3. Initiate and guide PFMEA design and update

4. Leadership and trouble shooter in LVM process development, tooling, production, issues actions

5. Launch project through FACA /QCPC at yield and rate

6. Provide Detail Process Definition and Requirements to Automation Team for Auto MC development

7. Concept design for core assembly process and tooling, DOE Experiment Design

8. Challenge Product Design for Manufacturability and cost feasibility.
