Responsibilities:

1. 根据图纸（3D/2D）进行组装治具，手动线，半自动设备的组立，调试工作，先期样品生产

New Assembly line /manual Jigs/ Semi -auto Assembly and debugging, and sampling production at project early stage.

1. 样品生产过程中的问题进行组装设备/产线的调试 和问题分析并建议改善方案

Assembly process / line conditioning/debugging and trouble shooting and proposal action plan during the die sampling and pilot running.

1. 目进度计划，快速响应，完成样品生产

Fast Response and Good Execution about NPI new Sampling Production

1. 配合制程工程师 进行 组装DOE 试验， 具体实施和数据收集

Assembly process DOE Experiment and data collection base MPDE -A DOE plan

1. 配合制程工程师完成新样品产线的FAAR 和CPK 相关工作

Support MPDE-A to Execute new assembly line FAAR and CPK

1. 组装制程工艺/技术研究和快速样品生产

Focus on Assembly process technical issue study and Fast Sampling Making

Qualifications:

1. 中专或大专及以上教育背景， 机械，机械电子，模具专业优先

Technical secondary school, junior college education background about mechanical, die design and Manufacturing

1. 5+ 精密连接器 组装设备/半自动或自动化设备/ 组装治具装配，组立，调试经验，

5+ yrs Automation / manual assembly or Jigs conditioning experience in Connector industry.

1. 看产品图纸，设备图纸，零件图，组立图，产品图

Understand well about product drawing, assembly tooling /jigs drawing, including 3D, 2D dwg.,

1. 良好的团队合作及沟通协调能力

Good teamwork and communication skills

1. 良好的组装治具 产线调试问题分析及问题解决能力

Good manual assembly line /jigs or automation line issues analyzing and quickly trouble shooting ability.

1. 基于组装线问题,样品制作需要 快速响应，并在一定压力下工作的能力

Effective response and activity about new assembly line conditioning, sampling production, can work under pressure.
