Primary Responsibilities:

1. Set up WI (work instruction) for new products.

为新产品设置 WI

2.Update the WI and PFMEA at the request of customer auditing or quality improvement or EC (engineering change) etc.

根据客户审核或质量改进或 EC 等的要求更新 WI 和PFMEA;

3.Provide the WI training for operators and technicians

为操作员/技术员提供 WI 培训;

4. Modify the tooling per the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.

根据客户的要求或质量改进或 EC 或效率改进等修改工具;

5. Complete and release the revised tooling drawing to adapt for EC and improvement request.

完成并发布修改后的工装图，以适应 EC 和改进请求;

6. Completed new tooling conditioning and mass production and tooling improvement. 完成新工装调试和批量生产及工装改进;

7. Work with QE and Production to revise related documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit and to find the root cause and correct action for customer complaints.

与QE和生产部门合作，修改相关文件（WI和PFMEA等）以供客户审计，并找到客户投诉的根本原因和正确的行动。

8. Provide technical support and specifications to assist technicians and production in completing production order requirements

提供技术支持和规格书，以协助技术人员和生产完成生产订单要求

9. Responsible for assembling COPQ analysis, issuing effective improvement measures, tracking and ensuring implementation

负责汇总 COPQ 分析，发布有效的改进措施，跟踪并确保实施

10. Participate in completing FAA testing for new molds

参与完成新模具的 FAA 测试 参与工程部新模具的生产、设计评审、调试验收

11. Participate in production, design review, and commissioning acceptance of new molds in the engineering department

参与工程部新模具的生产、设计审查和调试验收

Required/Desired:

- 教育要求/期望：机械工程或机电一体化专业本科

- 能力和经验要求/期望：熟练掌握 Microsoft 办公套件、CAD 软件包（Pro/Engineer、AutoCAD）的技术能力出色的口头和书面沟通技巧。
