职位内容

1. 根据产品图纸和项目要求，制作和提交项目相关计划信息；

According to product drawings and project requirements, make and submit project-related plan information;

2. 根据NPI项目进展计划，设计电镀制程和工艺流程，完成电镀样品的制作，并提交FAA；

According to the NPI project progress plan, design the plating process flow, complete the production of plating samples, and submit to FAA;

3. 协调与项目相关的设计评审、变更和改善，修正设计存在的缺陷和不足；

Coordinate the design review, changes and improvements related to the project and correct the defects and deficiencies in the design;

4. 协调设备和工夹具在制作过程中的技术问题并提出改善建议；

Tackle the technical problems of equipment and fixtures in the production process and make suggestions for improvement;

5. 完成批量生产时所需要的相关文件、操作规范，以满足正式生产所需要的指导条件；

Complete the relevant documents and operating specifications required for mass
production to meet the guiding conditions required for formal production;

6. 主导对现有的制程工艺进行改善，积极推行精益管理模式，确保部门得以实现各项KPI指标；

Lead the improvement of the existing process technology, and actively promote the lean management model to ensure the department can achieve KPI indicators;

7. 对生产参数和材料用量进行分析和管控，对各项改善提供相关的技术支持。

Analyze and control production parameters and material consumption, and provide relevant technical support for various improvements.
