According to product drawings and project requirements, make and
submit project-related plan information;

根据NPI项目进展计划，设计电镀制程和工艺流程，完成电镀样品的制作，并提交FAA；

According to
the NPI project progress plan, design the plating process flow, complete the
production of plating samples, and submit to FAA;

3.
协调与项目相关的设计评审、变更和改善，修正设计存在的缺陷和不足；

Coordinate the
design review, changes and improvements related to the project and correct
the defects and deficiencies in the design;

4.
协调设备和工夹具在制作过程中的技术问题并提出改善建议；

Tackle the technical problems of equipment and fixtures in the
production process and make suggestions for improvement;

5.
完成批量生产时所需要的相关文件、操作规范，以满足正式生产所需要的指导条件；

Complete the
relevant documents and operating specifications required for mass production
to meet the guiding conditions required for formal production;

6.
主导对现有的制程工艺进行改善，积极推行精益管理模式，确保部门得以实现各项KPI指标；

Lead the
improvement of the existing process technology, and actively promote the lean
management model to ensure the department can achieve KPI indicators;

7.
对生产参数和材料用量进行分析和管控，对各项改善提供相关的技术支持。

Analyze and control
production parameters and material consumption, and provide relevant
technical support for various improvements.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ FUNCTIONAL
KNOWLEDGE

1.
大专及以上学历，应用化工或相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, applied chemical engineering or chemical
engineering related major

2. 三年以上连续电镀工艺相关工作经验；

More than three years of working experience in plating process;

3. 具有良好的沟通技巧,团队合作精神及疑难问题的分析能力；

Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and analysis ability
of difficult problems;

4.
英文良好,达到CET-4以上.

English
CET-4 or above.
