Quality Documens Preparation and Revise.

1. 基于产品和制造过程和质量控制程序，识别关键的质量控制过程，制作检验标准、外观标准、确认测量方法.

Identify the key process basing on quality control and assure process
quality.

Prepare inspection standard( QIP, QCQ and BKM), and other quality
control document if possible.

2. 根据产品及过程要求，评估和批准产品的FAAR 和供应商FAAR资料及PPAP资料。

Basing on product, Process and procedure, review and approve FAAR
report and check supplier FAAR package files and PPAP files.

3. 评估和编制产品的MSA (GRR)报告, 确保产品检测gage和仪器的有效性。

Do assessment on product and measurement tool, prepare MSA (GRR)
report. Calibrate the inspection equipment as gage and process inspection
machine to assure the efficiency.

4. NCR & QA instruction 的准备，确保来料部品不合格得到有效处置

NCR& QA insptruction prepare and confirmation, assure the incoming
good control on nonconfirming parts.

1. 及时应对来料及后工序不良投诉，保证后工序生产顺利进行

dirve customer satisfaction

2. 与采购,SQE,技术部门推动供应商持续改善 Dirve supplier improvement and expansion based on incoming
and workshop complaints

3. NPI项目参与供应商的过程能力分析和产品过程不良分析，提高产品稳定性并跟踪改善实施效果。

NPI product and process study to assure the NPI goes well on quality
control with supplier, engage process improvement, confirm implementing and
tracking effects and results.

4. TECHS系统操作。

8D report confirm and TECHS system handling.

供应商评价与审核 Supplier
performance evaluate and Supplier audit

1. 与采购部门共同对供应商进行评价,并针对低于要求的供应商追踪其改善。

Complete supplier scorecard with sourcing team and If
Score ≤requirement,
require supplier to submit corrective action.

2. 与SQE,采购,ME共同对供应商进行审核。

Do supplier audit with SQE,Sourcing,ME.
