工作目的
Product &Marketing Manager – HODer will work closely with HODer Commercial Manager and the team to develop and implement HODer marketing/channel strategies, marketing plans and pricing strategy. The role will also cover sales of HODer products.

工作职责
1.Collect & analyse HODer market and competitors’ information, identify opportunities and threats to CSPC and recommend actions to enhance our relative competitiveness
2.Develop & implement product pricing strategy and tactics in alignment with overall HODer strategy. This includes coordinating price setting (weekly, monthly and term contract pricing) activities for HODer sales team
3.Develop & implement the marketing plans in alignment with overall HODer strategy to deliver yearly sale targets i.e. volume; market share; customer portfolio; plant loading
4.Provide a closer understanding of the end consumer markets and value chains for HODer main product groups / applications
5.Develop, monitor and evaluate annual Self-help initiatives for HODer team
6.Support Product Manager to design & implement customer portfolio and marketing agent management system.
7.Support Product Manager to develop business cases/ investment proposals for medium term derivatives opportunities.

1. Educational background
Bachelor's degree or above is preferred
2. Work experience
At least 10 years of professional experience
Demonstrated outstanding leadership in business performance
3. Language proficiency
Fluent oral and written English

2.Good analytical skills, ability to generate insights and able to organize and plan activities independently.
