工作目的
Develop mid-long term strategy and roadmap as per global situation and petrochemical market trend, and develop implementation plan to ensure strategy delivery.

Key relationships:
• External: the position requires the frequent communications with external cutting-edging company, consultancy and shareholders.
• Internal: the position requires the frequent collaboration with Manufacturing, Commercial, Strategy delivery project owners.

工作职责
1. Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmap and implementation plan. Adjust the strategy annually based on competitive environment changes and internal execution;
2. Follow up with economics situation, industry trends and government requirement to introduce cutting-edging views into CSPC to provide advice to portfolio and business adjustment;
3. Provide advice and regular reviews for various depts. to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and long-term goals;
4. Responsible for the development of a coherent company-wide strategy; identify, prioritize and track implementation of investment opportunities and other business improvement initiatives;
5. Manage the research of strategic topics such as green, low-carbon, sustainable development, new technology application, etc.
