Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibility

Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support:

- Provide technical support for pre-sales
activities, including preliminary solution design and participation in contract
reviews

- Assist the post-sales team in resolving
mechanical issues during after-sales service.

Product Design:

- Develop mechanical design proposals and
prepare design specifications during project initiation phase

- Execute mechanical design per customer
and project requirements, including: BOM creation, machine tool structural
design, transmission system design, component part drawings

- Ensure design implementation by
producing: assembly drawings, work instructions

- Support R&D activities, including:
development of new modules or functional enhancements, standardized modular
design

Assembly Support:

- Provide technical guidance and on-site
support to the production team for equipment installation, debugging, and
mechanical issue resolution

Quality Management:

- Support the procurement team in supplier
selection and quality inspection/control

- Collaborate with documentation engineers
to ensure proper archiving of design documents and drawings

- Manage mechanical design modifications
across all stages to ensure accuracy of design documentation

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical
Engineering or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of general mechanical
structures, pneumatics, hydraulics, cooling systems, etc., with structured and
meticulous design thinking.

- 5+ years of mechanical design experience,
including at least 5 end-to-end product design projects. Familiarity with
standardized product development processes and product design management.

- Proficiency in CAD, ProE, or similar
design software.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.

售前与售后支持：

- 为售前提供技术支持、制定初步方案、参与合同评审等工作

- 对售后部门提供技术支持，帮助解决售后工作中的机械问题

产品设计：

- 在项目前期制定机械设计方案和编写设计任务书等

- 根据客户与项目需求进行机械设计，包括建立 BOM、设计机床结构、传动结构、零件图等

- 确保设计落地，制作装配图、安装作业指导书等

- 协助设计研发，包括新模块或补充功能的开发、标准化模块的设计等

装配支持：

- 对生产部设备的安装及调试工作中的机械问题给予技术支持和现场指导

质量管理：

- 协助采购部门选择供应商及质量检查控制

- 配合资料工程师完成设计后的资料及图纸归档

- 负责各个环节发生的机械设计更改,保证设计资料的准确性

能力要求

拥有本科以上机械设计或相关专业的学历

熟悉通用机械结构原理，了解气动液压冷却等相关知识，并拥有结构化和缜密的

5年以上的机械设计工作经验，拥有至少5个以上端到端

熟悉使用 CAD，ProE 等绘图软件

流利的英语说写能力
