职责和责任

确保相关图纸的正确性，包括工艺和公用设备，电气，管道，通风等。

- Ensure related drawings are proper, including process & utility equipments, electrical, piping, ventilation etc.

确保设备的材料、功能和价格合理。

- Ensure equipments are with proper material, function and reasonable price.

-负责制剂和原料药生产设备的安装、调试和使用。

- Be responsible for installation, commissioning of formulation and API equipments, and utility.

确保项目质量、安全、时间和预算达到目标。

- Ensure project quality, safety, time, budget meet with target.

确保URS, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ文件符合GMP要求。

- Ensure documentations of URS, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ are comply with GMP requirements.

主要生产设备和公用设备的预防性维护计划和维护程序，以确保生产的不间断。

- Preventive maintenance planning, maintenance procedure for major production and utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.

监督和领导维修团队实施日常维修活动，以降低故障发生率。

- Oversee and lead maintenance team to implement daily maintenance activity to decrease breakdown rate.

-制定年度设备检修计划并实施。

- Set up annual equipment overhaul plan and implement it.

设备故障的根本原因分析和改进改造。

- Root cause analysis of equipment breakdown and improvement alterations.

备件控制。

- Spare parts control.

完善资产文档。

- Fix asset documentation.

测量仪器仪表的文件管理。

- Measuring instruments and meters documentation.

负责维修技能培训。

- Maintenance skill training.

任职要求

相关专业（机电）大专以上学历。

至少3年以上制药、化工、食品等行业的设备主管工作经验，熟悉制剂设备和原料药设备。

有一定的英语读写能力

有良好的沟通技能。

较强的领导能力和团队合作能力。

较强的分析能力、独立工作能力。

诚实、忠诚。

有制药企业GMP管理知识
