Responsibility：

1.Establish and improve the pathology technology testing platform, and develop novel application technology platform.

2.Independently conduct and lead research project, analyze experimental results, review and verify experimental records and research reports, and decipher the problems with scientific analysis during studies.

3.Provide services to clients using multiple pathological testing methods. Communicate with clients and provide scientific insight supporting the clients’ projects.

4.Manage the team.

Requirement：

1.PhD with background of Clinical Medicine, Pathology, Laboratory Medicine and Molecular Biology. At least 2 years of working experience in oncology, immunology, clinical pathology analysis are highly preferred.

2.Experimental capabilities in laboratory medicine (molecular pathology testing techniques such as immunohistochemistry, Multiplex IF, FISH, RNAScope, EM, 3D spatial imaging, digital pathology analysis, etc.), and basic tissue sample testing operations (collection, dehydration, fixation, embedding). Proficient in office software, Prism, and other analytical tools of pathology.

3.Proficient in English reading and speaking, strong responsibility ensuring the projects, leadership, work dedicated, skillful communication, collaborative.
