Your role

As a Business Development Manager - Portable Power, your mission is to drive and support the development of Portable Generators, Light towers and Portable energy storage solutions sales in the Mainland China for Atlas Copco Portable Power. You will report to GM- Greater China.

Your key responsibilities will include –

• Full Potential Excellence & Business Development

- Business Development Activities for Portable Generators, Light towers and Portable energy storage solutions

- Study, Analysis and Execution of Full potential for Portable Power in the Mainland China.

- Regular follow up with key Market to report progress and suggest / execute action plans for achieving targets.

- Driving business development activities within CC and built-up sales and application engineering team as business develops overtime.

- Driving Implementation of sales strategies as per market needs, regulations and dynamics.

• Local to Local – (Product Portfolio development for Portable Generators, Light towers and Portable energy storage solutions) – In collaboration with Division.

- Identification of localization projects for PC-Wuxi.

- Comprehensive education and competence development.

Education and Experience Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• The successful candidate should have vast experience with Portable Generators, Light towers and Portable energy storage solutions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
• Fluency in Mandarin. Excellent presentation and communication skills in Mandarin
• A committed entrepreneurial team player with drive for success and excellent communication skills are essential
• You will need a disciplined approach whilst still being open, approachable, customer focused and highly target motivated
• Willing to travel frequently
