Job description：
1、Follow and implement all safety procedures in the workshop to ensure the safety of people and facilities, and eliminate potential safety hazards.

2、According to the process requirements, complete the air compressor maintenance tasks, to ensure the maintenance quality and efficiency.
按照检修工艺要求，完成空压机维修任务，保证维修质量和效率。
3、Implement various personnel skills training tasks to ensure that work skills meet business requirements.
执行各项人员技能培训任务，确保工作技能符合业务要求。
4、Make reasonable suggestions to workshop manager on production safety, maintenance quality, maintenance efficiency, personnel skills, etc.
就生产安全、维修质量、维修效率、人员技能等方面向车间经理提出合理建议。
5、Execute 6S management requirements to ensure workshop is clean, and ensure that tools or facilities are placed in order.
执行6S管理要求，确保车间清洁，工具和设施定置有序。
6、Use plant equipment, tools and tooling correctly according to safe operating procedures to ensure the integrity of tools, equipment, etc.
按照操作规程正确使用车间工具、器具和工装，保证工具、器具等的完整。
7、Report and communicate with team leader to find support and improve
与团队领导汇报并沟通以寻求支持和改进
8、Cooperate with team members to complete other workshop management tasks
配合团队成员完成其它车间管理工作
岗位要求 Experience/ Ability Requirements：
1、More than 1 year machine overhaul or maintenance experience
1年以上机器检修或维护经验
2、Have professional knowledge and basic skills suitable for maintenance work
具备与维修保养工作相适应的专业知识和基本技能
3、Work steadily, customer satisfaction oriented, with a good team spirit and independent work ability.
工作踏实，以客户满意为导向，具备良好的团队合作精神和独立工作能力
4、Experience in production quality management and quality system management is preferred.
有生产质量管理和质量体系管理工作经验者优先
5、Basic electrical knowledge and ability to recognize circuit diagrams
具备基本的电气知识和识别电路图的能力
6、Basic English reading and writing ability
具备基本的英语读写能力
Knowledge / Educational requirements
7、Bachelor degree or above , major in mechanical and electrical engineering.
本科以上学历，机电类专业。
