岗位职责:

- Be responsible for Industry gas equipment sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and sales network.
-负责工业气体设备的销售，通过个人努力和销售网络在指定区域完成销售目标。
- To approach new customers and distributors in the assigned industry.
-在指定行业发展新客户和经销商。
- To provide timely and accurate sales and market information to the Sales Manager.
-向销售经理提供及时准确的销售和市场信息。
- To organize technical training to key account customers and dealers.
-组织对客户和经销商的技术培训。
- To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers and dealers in the territory to advance the selling efforts.
-与区域内的客户和经销商建立并加强良好的工作关系，促进销售工作。
- Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.
-根据公司信用负责应收账款的管理

Co-ordination with IAT, OFA, CTS, Marketing and support team
与公司内部相关团队协调合作，一起发展业务
- To interact with IAT, OFA sales team to get more IG & feed air business.
-与IAT， OFA销售团队进行互动，以获得更多的工业气体和压缩机业务。
- Work with CTS and support team to improve customer satisfaction.
-与CTS和支持团队合作，提高客户满意度。
- Communication with marketing team in obtaining product support.
-与市场团队沟通以获得产品支持。
- To provide feedback on product quality, product trends and competitor development to the product companies.
-向产品公司提供产品质量，产品发展趋势和竞争对手发展的反馈。

岗位要求：

- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
-大学本科及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业。
- More than 3 years’ experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company. Priority will be given to those with sales experience in air separation、N₂ generator or O₂ generator.
-3年以上机械公司技术或销售工作经验。有空分，制氮制氧等业务经验的优先考虑
- Strong interpersonal communication，Good at impacting and convincing others.
-人际沟通能力强，善于影响和说服他人。
- Proactive, Self-motivated and flexible.
-积极主动，自我激励和灵活的应变能力。
- Customer oriented: to be able to establish relations and networks with people inside and outside the organization, throughout the various organizational levels and of different cultures
