This role will be responsible for RTR process, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in financial reporting, with a focus on Korean-speaking markets.

How you will do it:

• Execution of month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations. Ensure that the data is accurate and in compliance with relevant financial reporting standards and regulatory requirement;
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies;
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends and anomalies, and provide management decision support;
• Participate in continuous improvement of financial processes, propose optimization suggestions, improve work efficiency and data quality;
• Support compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements;
• Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency;
• Participate in audit activities by providing necessary documentation and support;
